Autonomous Community Nursing Opportunities

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in providing autonomous community nursing services across Perth, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work across 7 days between 7am and 10pm, with flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, assessing their needs and responding to any changes or deterioration.
  • Assess and respond to client deterioration and deliver personalized nursing care.
  • Manage chronic wounds and negative pressure therapy; perform PICC care/dressing/removal; cannulation.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and maintain a positive mindset.
  • Utilise modern technology (iPad and phone) to perform your role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse (WA).
  • Recent acute experience in hospital or community setting.
  • Ability to spot client deterioration.
  • Desirable: Chronic wound care and negative pressure therapy; PICC care/dressing/removal; cannulation.
  • Continence and paediatric experience will be highly regarded.
