We are excited to share how our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program can launch your fulfilling career.
This program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment. With weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training, you're part of a team that genuinely cares about your development and engagement.
Our graduates work with people with disability, supporting them to 'get more out of life today.' As a nationally registered NDIS provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we work with people to understand their needs and barriers, then develop an action plan that supports them to build capacity and maximise independence.
The ideal candidate for this role is empathetic and driven to create meaningful, life-changing outcomes. They should be passionate team players, willing to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes. Our graduates are committed to clear, simple communication so the people we support can easily understand what we do and why.
- Professional Development: Kick-off with an immersive 12-week program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
- A Team Committed to Your Success: With weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training, you're part of a team that genuinely cares about your development and engagement.
- Flexibility: Choose where you work, be it from home, your favourite café, or our clinical hubs – it's your call.
We focus on the ability of every person and take action, supporting them to 'get more out of life today.'
Our team members provide services in the community or in one of our accessible clinics. In our growing national organisation, we are focused on ensuring the people we support have choice in when and how they receive services.
We value all differences and welcome people with disability including mental health conditions, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQI community, veterans, carers, and Indigenous Australians to our team.
How to ApplyWe're eager to hear from you.
