Join Our Team of Luxury Beauty Advisors

As a luxury beauty advisor, you will be immersed in the world of high-end fragrance and beauty products. Your role will involve working across various counters throughout Melbourne City and Highpoint, representing iconic brands such as Giorgio Armani, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Viktor & Rolf, and YSL.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by sharing your enthusiasm for our products.
  • Be a trusted expert in makeup, skincare, and fragrance, staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends.
  • Offer personalised makeup consultations and application services tailored to each client's features and desires.
  • Curate a luxurious and personalised beauty shopping experience for each client, making them feel like a valued individual.

Requirements:
  • You should have a passion for luxury beauty and a proven track record in retail sales.
  • Hold qualifications in Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy, or a similar field, demonstrating your expertise and dedication to the industry.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently exceeding performance targets and indicators.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients, building a loyal customer base through exceptional service and product knowledge.
