About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Grace Worldwide as a Packing Specialist. This varied role provides support to our removalists and customers, helping with packing to prepare for a removal and unpacking to help set up a home. You will be out and about in a different location every day, largely working unsupervised; no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing and Unpacking: Carefully pack and unpack customer effects, ensuring that all items are properly secured and protected.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles, ensuring that all items are properly secured and transported safely.
  • Administrative Tasks: Read and complete paperwork required, sometimes using a tablet, and communicate regularly with the customer during uplift and delivery.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Help maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment, and warehouse, ensuring that all areas are safe and secure.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, helpful, honest, and customer-focused, with a proactive and can-do attitude. You should be eager to learn and embrace change, with a high level of professionalism. You should also be reliable, hard-working, and a team player, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Physical Fitness: You should be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's License: You should have a valid driver's license, with a minimum of a car license, and be confident in driving one of our packing vans.
