We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Governance Professional to drive the development and implementation of our data management framework.
The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to design, deliver and maintain our data governance practices, ensuring they are robust, future-focused and aligned with regulatory requirements.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
About the Role- Lead the development and implementation of our data management framework
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Design and implement effective data governance policies and procedures
- Maintain and improve existing data management practices
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
- Proven experience in data governance, data management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, data quality and data security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
- 5 weeks annual leave
- 2 paid wellness days and 1 paid volunteer day per year
- 12 weeks paid parental leave

- Ability to purchase or cash out leave, depending on your needs
- Choose between a 9-day fortnight, 19-day month or flexi-time arrangement
