Job Opportunity: Aquarium Sales Assistant

We are seeking a sales assistant for our Aquarium department who can work flexible hours within a 7-day roster.

The ideal candidate will have experience with marine and/or freshwater aquariums and be passionate about sharing their knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers in selecting the right products for their aquarium needs.
  • Providing product recommendations and maintenance advice.
  • Maintaining in-store aquariums to ensure they are visually appealing and healthy.
  • Restocking and tidying retail areas to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest and knowledge of maintaining an aquarium.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the pet industry.
