Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our team as a Staff Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care through evidence-based nursing practices and procedures.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in nursing, preferably in acute care settings.
  • Valid and current national license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or equivalent organization required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification relevant to area of specialty required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic medical records preferred.
