As an OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging programs, managing compliance documents, and mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills. You will also be the face of TheirCare at the school, building positive relationships with families and staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
  • A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (e.g., Diploma or higher).
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • A Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
  • HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting certification.
  • A Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. TheirCare offers a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
