Senior Early Childhood Manager Position in WA

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Early Childhood Manager to lead our team of educators at our centre in Meadow Springs, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role, guiding your team members and ensuring that centre programs meet the needs of our children.

About the Centre:

Our lovely 120 place service operates between 6:30am - 6:30pm, offering a well-equipped environment with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialized kindergarten program. The centre features a beautiful indoor and outdoor play area with a range of activities for all age groups.

About You:

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate

The Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service
  • Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices
  • Work with and alongside the Centre Director to manage the daily responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve high-quality care for all children within the service
  • Full-Time Position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
