About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Stafford. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work closely with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.

- Build strong, meaningful relationships with families and ensure every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive
- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs
