Job Description

We're seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Stafford Heights. As an Educator, you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing high-quality learning programs that meet the unique needs and interests of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of children
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
