About the Role

The Communications Adviser position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team focused on delivering effective communication solutions.

As a key member of this team, you will play a coordinating role in the development and delivery of communication products for various stakeholders.

  • Deliver high-quality communication outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and execute internal and external engagement strategies to raise stakeholder awareness and understanding.

You will work closely with the change management and communications teams to ensure seamless coordination and consistency in program messaging.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with experience in developing and delivering complex projects and business outcomes.

In addition, they will be able to manage complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments, and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications in communication or change management are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in communication delivery, preferably in Agile or relevant industries.
  • Broad comms experience across internal and external channels, including email, web, digital, and social media.
  • Strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments.
