Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Instagram and TikTok trends and content best practices
  • Assist in managing, monitoring, and implementing campaign requirements
  • Attend Program Planning Sessions and assist with briefing documentation
  • Monitor content when live and flag off-brief issues
  • Support the creation of briefs and assets, such as mood boards and app banners
  • Contribute to campaign reports and provide Helpscout community support for Creators
  • C Coordinate across Campaign Leads and tech team to solve issues

  • Flexibility in working hours, with a standard 8-hour shift
