Software Engineering Opportunities

This role offers a chance to work on new and existing products that impact customers worldwide. You'll collaborate with team members to investigate design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility.

You'll write high-quality distributed system software and use engineering best practices. SafetyCulture engineers are versatile, able to simplify the complex and remove obstacles so builders can build.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software;">
  • Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility;">
  • Write high-quality distributed system software and perform peer code-review;">
  • Perform development and maintenance of key system features;">
  • Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedure;">
  • Demonstrate expertise in front-end development and navigate the complexity in handling data and UI state;">
  • Demonstrate technical versatility, with diverse experience in frontend tech stacks;">
  • Demonstrate expertise with TypeScript (or other typed languages), React, Next.js, Webpack (or other bundling system);">
  • Apply a practical understanding of AI technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage machine learning or automation to enhance development and user experience;">
  • Agile methodology, Product and Design thinking across testing methodologies (TDD).">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;">
  • 3+ years relevant experience in software development experience;">
  • Experience working with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis;">
  • Proficiency with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Typescript and React.">
