Job Opportunity

This is a leadership position within our organization, responsible for delivering infrastructure and building construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in client-side project management across Defence or Energy projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction management or similar; and have:

  • 10+ years project management experience
  • Experience in client-side project management across Defence or Energy projects
  • Demonstrated recent project experience involving buildings and construction.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including experience working within and managing teams.
  • A strong understanding and proven experience in managing contracts, contract administration and design management.
  • Very strong stakeholder management, communications and leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook with Microsoft Project desirable.
  • Australian citizenship and holding or successfully obtaining and retaining a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
  • AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably
Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Delivering significant projects with valued clients.
  • Managing client relationships and the line management team.
  • Providing leadership, ownership, scope, collaboration, autonomy, challenges, and management of delivering projects.
