We are seeking an experienced and skilled Horticulture Professional to lead our garden and maintenance team in maintaining the beauty of our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of gardeners and maintenance staff, ensuring effective collaboration and results-oriented work environment.
- Develop and implement horticultural programs that support individuals with disabilities, focusing on their needs and well-being.
- Manage relationships with service providers and external contractors, building trust and cooperation.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of gardens and related grounds, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Relevant horticultural qualification (e.g., Certificate IV or Diploma in Horticulture), demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation, facilitating smooth communication and task execution.
- First Aid certification (HLTAID003) and other relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, etc.), ensuring compliance and accountability.
- Experience in property maintenance, horticultural activities, and safety protocols, showcasing practical skills and understanding.
