Senior Commercial Property Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties in Perth's eastern corridor.

  • Key responsibilities include managing your own portfolio, leading and mentoring junior property managers, building strong tenant relationships, overseeing lease negotiations and facilities management duties.
  • You will use Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.

This opportunity has arisen due to an internal restructure and the organisation's evolving business needs and succession planning.

Required Skills:
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8 software and a willingness to learn and champion it.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident, solutions-focused approach.
  • A sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting.
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination.
