Transport Care Specialist

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, dignified, and patient-focused care to non-emergency pre- and post-hospital patients.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and intervene appropriately during on-road transport
- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment while prioritizing safety
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Work independently and make informed decisions within established policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance), Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic), or Bachelor of Nursing (with AHPRA registered nurse registration) recognized by RFDS or DHHS
- Availability to work varied shifts across 7 days
- Ability to drive safely in both city and country traffic conditions
- High level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent service
- Satisfactory completion of rigorous screening including current Full Drivers Licence, State driver history report, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia
