As a Video Editor, your primary role is to craft compelling videos that reflect our clients' visions. You'll work closely with producers and under the guidance of the Production Manager to deliver high-quality video content.

This role requires creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and incorporating motion graphics from various elements including footage, music, sound effects, stock footage, and graphics.

Your work plays a key part in strengthening partnerships through the delivery of engaging and visually appealing video content. Effective time management, communication, and a drive to continuously improve are essential skills for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing and post-production, including colour, sound, and graphics under producer direction

• Incorporating creative assets into video content

• Developing fresh ideas to enhance edit engagement

• Applying feedback to your own and others' work

• Managing timelines and communicating proactively

• Seeking feedback to grow and improve professionally

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects software

• Sound mixing and color grading skills in Premiere, with experience in DaVinci Resolve being an advantage

• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities

• High attention to detail with a keen eye for visual storytelling

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas to each project

• Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required

• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and upskilling

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate their editing capabilities through a showreel and share examples of how they've used creative thinking to solve problems in previous roles.
