We're on a journey to make something great even better. As Category/Product Manager, you'll play a key role in defining and managing key category and ranging strategies for our Architectural and Cabinetry Hardware business.

This autonomous role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, working with high-quality brands and products. You'll have the autonomy to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation, product development, competitive sourcing, range & margin mix, optimising the efficiency of categories and ranges, in partnership with marketing and supply chain teams.

You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and interpreting data to develop opportunities for growth and execute category and ranging strategies aligned to changing customer needs, market landscape, and our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing or developing product/category ranges, ideally in Architectural or Cabinetry Hardware
  • Bachelor's degree desirable, ideally in Business Management or related field
  • Thinking strategically and developing winning range and category plans that deliver sustainable and long-term category growth
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Sourcing and/or product development experience
  • Supplier negotiation and management including rebate agreements
