Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Orthopaedic Ward team. As a key member of the health team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ward.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent qualification; or relevant administration experience and skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary health team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English
  • Confidence in dealing with people who may be distressed, from diverse backgrounds and healthcare staff at different levels
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet position and team requirements
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve workplace issues
