Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Understand and deliver customer service where client needs are met, and communication is valued.
  • Work autonomously and with others to achieve scheduled work on time.
  • Use cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment correctly.
  • Identify and report safety & maintenance issues and non-compliances.
  • Complete cleaning records and training requirements.

There is room to grow within the business, and good results will be rewarded.

Requirements:

  • Be an Australian citizen to meet Defence Security requirements or a Naturalised Australian citizen with a Naturalisation certificate as proof.
  • Have an AFP (Australian Federal Police Clearance) current within 30 days.
  • Be prepared to undergo further Security vetting.
  • Have experience in General cleaning, Window cleaning, Carpet shampooing, strip & sealing.
  • Hold a Drivers Licence / Own vehicle.
  • Be available 5 days a week - PPT & FT.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to meet deadlines.
  • Need to have successful results in a driven team.
  • Engage effectively with other team members.
  • Proof of being Fully COVID Vaccinated.

Experience:

  • Cleaning: 1 year (required).
