About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our Flagship store in Sydney CBD. As a Luxury Client Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the Mens RTW category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored in-store experiences for high-end clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to make informed recommendations to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
