About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our Flagship store in Sydney CBD. As a Luxury Client Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the Mens RTW category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored in-store experiences for clients, showcasing our luxury fashion brand's quality and style.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales growth through effective clienteling and upselling techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in a luxury environment, preferably in Mens RTW or MTM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
