As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support to construction teams.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Associate Constructor (CAC) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience with Lean construction principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
- Experience with construction estimating and cost control methods.
The Construction Project Manager will work primarily on-site at various construction locations. The job will require frequent travel to different sites, occasional overtime, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and climbing stairs, with occasional lifting of equipment and materials (up to 25 lbs.). The job may also require exposure to extreme outdoor environments, including heat, cold, rain, and dust.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required to attend project meetings or training sessions.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
