Job Title:

A Manager is required to oversee and coordinate construction activities on our Mars project.

  • Lead a team of personnel responsible for achieving project completion on time, within budget, and with quality results
  • Direct field staff to meet project goals, utilizing expertise in planning and resource allocation
  • Manage the construction schedule, identify issues, and implement solutions
  • Coordinate material delivery and schedule inspections as necessary
  • Understand project plans, specifications, and purchasing systems
  • Maintain strong relationships with end-users, contractors, suppliers, and other employees
  • Communicate changes in schedule and ensure timely completion of punch lists
  • Enhance job site safety by promoting safe work practices and addressing hazards promptly

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Experience with concrete construction, earthwork, and basic steel structures

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing multiple projects across various phases of construction
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite
