  • Supporting Property Managers with leasing their portfolio
  • Conducting open homes and inspections

Required skills include outstanding administration skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and diverting calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • General support for the Sales & Property Management teams
  • Database management and updates
  • Managing social media marketing
  • Supporting Property Managers with leasing their portfolio
  • Conducting open homes and inspections
Requirements
