Job Title

A seasoned DevOps professional is required to drive platform stability, reliability, and security.

  • About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps engineering, with experience in designing, building, and supporting cloud-based infrastructure using AWS and other tools.

  • This includes designing, building, and supporting PaaS solutions on both SS&C Private Cloud and AWS, provisioning and maintaining infrastructure for application teams across Linux and Windows environments, and driving platform stability, reliability, security, and performance through proactive engineering and support.

  • Candidates must also be able to collaborate with global teams across various regions to support daily operations and promote DevOps best practices.

  • The role requires participation in a follow-the-sun on-call support model to ensure platform availability and performance, ensuring systems meet regulatory, security, and audit compliance standards.

  • Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps-related role for senior-level candidates.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Linux system engineering.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform.

  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Salt.

  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Promtail, and Loki.

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.

  • Kubernetes administration experience is a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and Service Mesh.

  • Experience with building and managing Windows-based infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with artifact management tools such as JFrog Artifactory.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including: EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, WAF, API Gateway, Lambda, ElastiCache, Elasticsearch, SQS, SNS, EKS, etc.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.

  • Experience with systems such as Kafka, Keycloak, Airflow, NiFi, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc.
