Cloud Engineering Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne that offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of cloud engineering, automation, and social impact.

We are seeking a passionate Cloud & DevOps Engineer who thrives on solving big challenges with purpose. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' AWS cloud engineering and automation experience, ideally with AWS certification.

  • Engineer, automate, and optimise scalable AWS infrastructure for high availability, security, and performance.
  • Champion Infrastructure-as-Code, using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation to create repeatable, reliable environments.
  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for rapid, automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Lead cloud cost optimisation efforts, ensuring platforms are efficient, right-sized, and delivering maximum value.

The successful candidate will be passionate about automation, CI/CD, and bridging development and operations. They will also bring a strong eye for cost efficiency and cloud spend optimisation, as well as excellent communication skills and a willingness to mentor peers.
