Senior Financial Services Specialist

">Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Banker or Relationship Manager to join our highly specialised health business banking team in Melbourne CBD.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, grow their portfolio with new customers, and provide fully integrated financial service solutions through the most cost-effective and appropriate channels.

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners
  • Assessing economic value and risk potential of new business
  • Educating customers about their business options and providing sound advice on risk and opportunities for growth
  • Proactively calling on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
  • Implementing initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market
  • Working with customers on their proposed annual business plans
  • Preparing and submitting customer lending proposals

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
