Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inbound customer sales enquires via phone and email
  • Provide quotations, product information, and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries
  • Provide administrative support for the sales team
  • Maintain Client Databases
  • Provide regular updates to Sales Staff / Clients of incoming shipping movements and ETA's
  • Back up support to the Retail Sales Team (point of Sale (POS) transactions)
Eligibility
  • Experience in Sales / Retail / Client Support
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Be approachable and willing to learn on the job
  • Self-motivated and work well unsupervised

This is a full-time position, although candidates seeking part-time hours will be considered depending on circumstances. Future career progression opportunities are available for the right candidate.
