About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality design solutions for our retail clients.

Your primary focus will be on designing and developing visual elements for various marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and in-store touchpoints. You'll work closely with our Art Director to ensure cohesive and effective designs that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing engaging visuals for print and digital campaigns
  • Developing style frames, storyboards, and visual concepts for client presentations
  • Creating display banners and web assets to support campaign rollouts
  • Typesetting and formatting multipage documents, from catalogues to product guides
  • Collaborating with production teams and suppliers as needed to ensure timely delivery

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong conceptual thinking skills, with a focus on digital-first campaign ideas
  • Experience working with retail clients or on high-volume campaign rollouts across digital and print
  • Ability to break down complex design briefs into effective, channel-specific solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and attention to typography and layout
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
