This role involves providing leadership and management for AMC Accreditation compliance requirements and RACS Hospital Training Post (HTP) accreditation.

You will be responsible for implementing research projects to ensure quality improvement of all educational programs, standards and competencies.

This includes managing several projects simultaneously and working independently with limited direction.

You will also be required to develop, promulgate, and implement initiatives to achieve organisational goals.

Prior experience in people management, conflict resolution, and research scholarships is highly advantageous.
