Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple locations, leading teams, and driving business results. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service levels, developing associate skills, and achieving financial targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service from both internal and external teams.

  • Deliver Financial Results: Manage district budgets, achieve sales targets, and control labor costs.

Requirements:

  • Professional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced and demanding situations.
  • Secondary School Diploma required; College or University Diploma preferred.
