Accommodation Operations Specialist

The Accommodation Operations team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation facilities across various sites.
This role will be a key member of our team, working to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
- Manage accommodation bookings and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and external vendors to execute activities related to village accommodation
- Deliver support to the broader team and travel as required to other regions on an ad hoc basis
- Provide accurate data entry and analysis of current and forecast accommodation requirements
- Review and respond to workflow requests within allocated timeframes and operating procedures
- Liaise with village operators regarding accommodation and operational matters
- Work with peers to resolve resourcing and scheduling issues
- Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development
- Adhere to client charter values
About the role:
- Prior administration experience is essential
- You will have excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You are self-directed and able to work autonomously with remote teams
- You can manage competing priorities within tight timeframes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of SAP and SAM/Workflow are desirable but not essential
