Job Title: Product Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Executive to join our team at Efinancialcarears Ltd. As a Product Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the execution of new product development and delivery in collaboration with Telstra.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely execution of all product development activities aligned with Telstra's goals.
* Oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met and that internal teams are executing against clearly defined deliverables.
* Ensure operational teams are prepared for product roll-out, including customer service, fulfillment, and post-launch support, in coordination with Telstra's internal teams.
* Collaborate with Telstra and Assurant teams to facilitate product testing and validation processes, ensuring product quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
* Work closely with the Propositions Director to ensure all product initiatives are aligned with Assurant and Telstra's overarching strategic objectives.

Requirements:

* 3-7 years of experience in product management or product delivery, with a strong focus on execution and cross-functional team leadership.
* Demonstrated experience working in telecommunications or technology sectors, with a proven track record of leading product development and delivery efforts across multiple teams.
* Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
* Proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, holding them accountable to project timelines and deliverables.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks in a collaborative and efficient manner.
* Strong and proven verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to tailor advice to different levels and different audiences.
* Proven ability building strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders across a business.
