Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Ngala Early Learning Claremont. As an educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners, working closely with our Early Childhood Teacher to foster social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and Deliver Engaging Curriculum: Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development.
- Foster Positive Relationships: Establish strong relationships with children and their families to support their educational journey.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with a team of educators to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
- Monitor Progress: Assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Certificate or Diploma: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Relevant Experience: Possess relevant experience working in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Strong Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive Salary: Earn between $28.15 to $32.41 per hour based on your qualification and experience.
