As a Resident Lifestyle Officer, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your passion for delivering high-quality services and your ability to lead and coach staff will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, physical activity, and cognitive stimulation among residents.">
  • Coordinate and supervise the delivery of therapy programs, including intergenerational activities, bookings of activities, and bus trips.">
  • Participate in the admission process by promoting our facility's lifestyle programs and assisting new residents with settling into their room and orientation.">
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and dining services to ensure resident individualized requests are provided.">
  • Manage lifestyle programs, including coordination of volunteers and regular attendance at dining services.">
">Requirements">
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational and time management skills.">
  • Ability to lead and coach staff to deliver quality lifestyle and therapy activities.">
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.">
  • Holding a genuine interest in working with older people and experience in therapy (essential).">
  • Experience in aged care (desirable) and hospitality (desirable). A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent/higher qualification is required.">
  • Proven experience in coordinating enjoyable lifestyle programs in aged care and full Australian working rights.">
  • Able to pass a national police clearance.">
