Job Title

The role we are seeking to fill is that of a dedicated and compassionate support worker who can provide high-quality care and companionship to an individual with a disability.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and mobility needs.
  • Engage the individual in activities they enjoy, such as social outings, hobbies, and leisure pursuits.
  • Support the individual in their goal of increasing independence and participating in community activities.
  • Collaborate with other support workers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Cert III Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current ABN and Blue Card.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Non-smoker and willing to undergo regular health checks.
