About the Role
  • We are seeking a recent law graduate or someone with approximately 1 year of legal experience to work on complex corporate matters within a supportive, high-performing team.
Your Responsibilities
  • You will work across corporate contracting, IP and data privacy, commercial litigation, funds (private equity and venture capital), financial services and regulatory, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • You will engage with high-profile clients and significant transactions regularly featured in the AFR.
  • You will have direct client contact and build deep client relationships and networks.
  • You will assist the team on a variety of corporate matters from the beginning.
  • You will participate in complex and market-leading legal matters.
About You
  • You should be a recent law graduate or have approximately 1 year of legal experience.
  • You should have strong technical skills and a passion for high-quality, demanding work with sophisticated clients.
  • You should be commercially minded with an understanding of client drivers and business environments.
  • You should have excellent social skills and an attitude to deliver exceptional client service.
  • You should have attention to detail and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Australian Citizenship or Australian Residency is required.
