The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and retaining long-term relationships with business partners, providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This role involves managing a portfolio of hospital accounts across Queensland, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers to support their purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve them
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data to inform future business decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or consumables industry
  • Knowledge of the Queensland hospital system and market trends
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
