Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Graduate Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of General and Special Purpose Financial statements.

  • Prepare and review financial reports and statements
  • Assist with year-end and month-end journals
  • Prepare BAS and IAS
  • Prepare Payroll tax returns
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as ATO and ASIC
  • Review and liaise with clients to complete work in a timely fashion
  • Assorted advisory work
  • Work with and have direct contact with a diverse client base across a broad range of industry sectors
About You

What we are looking for:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce / Accounting or similar (double degrees encouraged)
  • Willingness to undertake the Chartered Accounting (CA) programme
  • High level of attention to detail and confident communication skills
  • Excellent time management and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Xero/MYOB (desired)
