Job Title: Store Sales Associate

As a sales associate in a fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, promoting products and supporting the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives.

  • Deliver outstanding service to customers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model by actively listening to their needs and responding accordingly.
  • Support team members in daily retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • Learn and assist in various departments within the store, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Key requirements include:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Senior Secondary School year 12 or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum one to two years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily.
  • Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily.
