Job Title: Section Leader - Advanced Facilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Section Leader to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing our Advanced Facilities business across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational leadership and role modelling of Jacobs' core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture that embodies Jacobs' Culture of Caring and prioritises the health and wellbeing of your people.
  • Set clear direction and provide a strong client focus, ensuring that our recruitment, retention and development programs reflect client needs.
  • Support your team to be engaged, resilient and adaptable, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive commercial management, and making disciplined investment decisions.
  • Support your team to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global integrated delivery to our clients and our people.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams effectively whilst fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Well-established network within the industry, with familiarity with key stakeholders, competitors, and industry influencers and ability to leverage professional relationships for business growth.Keen understanding of market dynamics, trends, and emerging opportunities, and ability to take a proactive approach to staying informed about industry developments and align business strategies with market demands.Visionary mindset to shape long-term goals and direction with capacity to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business success.Analytical skills to assess risks, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.In-depth knowledge of market trends, including technological advancements and client preferences.Financial acumen to manage budgets, optimise resources, and drive profitability.
