Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
- Supporting and developing team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive team environment.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience or willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
- Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and safely drive.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and supporting the development of your team to provide outstanding customer service. Our Assistant Store Managers work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success. They coach and develop team members, live and breathe genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers, and are safety leaders, providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members, and customers.

- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
