Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, inspiring a high-performing team, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Role:
  • Support and motivate in-store staff to achieve targets while maintaining Pandora's customer service standards.
  • Focus on retail operations including stock control, store procedures, team organization, and managing store security.
  • Ensure the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of senior management.
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence and develop your knowledge of Pandora products to become a product expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store performance.
