Occupational rehabilitation is a vital component in the recovery and well-being of individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team that is collaborative, supportive, and fun. Your role will involve providing tailored care to each client, identifying their goals, and delivering psychological or physical supports to help them achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be provided with all the necessary tools, support, and training to excel in their career. We are seeking an individual with a professional background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling who is passionate about working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy while being part of a strong, close-knit team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals. Our clients range from those with physical and psychological conditions, and your role will involve managing caseloads, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, and collaborating with employers and employees to develop injury prevention programs.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, compassion, empathy, and strong time management skills. You will also need to hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling, General or Provisional AHPRA registration, or Full ASORC Membership. Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded but not essential.
