This is a communications specialist position responsible for driving workplace change programmes and campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop Communications Plans: Create engaging communications plans to drive change and ensure colleagues understand our brilliant workplace offer.
- Maintain Communications Pipeline: Maintain a rolling communications plan, prioritising and optimising communications to all groups at the organisation, including a constant pipeline of stories and focus opportunities.
- Deliver 5-Star Experience: Help ensure everyone across our team is encouraged and enabled to deliver a first-class experience.
- Internal Communications Expertise: Strong internal communications expertise and experience, with a consistent track record in crafting and delivering effective campaigns from start to finish.
- Creative Flair: Confidence in forming relationships at every level, including peers, senior stakeholders, and external agencies, with a creative flair that engages employees.
- Copywriting and Design: Experience of designing, creating, and editing copy, videos, presentations, and managing and developing an intranet.
