Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing your skills and expertise, and fostering a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment that showcases our products.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of company goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in retail management, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
