**Position Summary**:

- As a retail manager, you will have total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through targeted strategies, impactful events, exceptional customer relationships, and team leadership.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

1. Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics.

2. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

3. Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.

4. Retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.

5. Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

6. Experience in creating and executing in-store events.

7. Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

8. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
